Original creator and designer of Jimmy Tarps. Jim's passion and love for the outdoors/hunting is what has made Jimmy Tarps what it is today. Jim has since passed the business down to his daughter Kelsey, but he remains part of the team as a consultant and customer service advisor.
Lead sewer and business operations manager of Jimmy Tarps. Kelsey was raised in an environment of outdoor and hunting living. She has taken the love of the outdoors passed down to her by her father and has incorporated it into the business.

Research and development/tech. David is the multi use extra hand around Jimmy Tarps. Hunter and outdoor enthusiast all his life he spends as much time as he can with his family or outdoors testing Jimmy Tarp gear.
